Job Description:

An education technology company is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Handling and prioritizing a high and diverse volume of contractual and other legal matters
Interpreting and explaining contractual terms and conditions and legal principles
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

J.D. from a top tier law school
5-8 years of solid commercial contracts review, negotiation, and drafting experience
Attention to detail with a commitment to mitigating risk to the corporate client
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and cope well with change
Extensive expertise in software licensing
