Note: This position is remote and requires a minimum of 6 years Personal Injury Experience. *Must Be Bilingual (Spanish)* *This is a remote position that requires the candidate to be located in Southern California. TorkLaw personal injury law firm is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our team as a Pre-Litigation Supervisor. As a pre-litigation supervisor you are responsible for overseeing the daily tasks of our pre-litigation team handling personal injury cases from inception to settlement. During the pre-litigation phase, our teams establish caring relationships with clients, and collaborative partnerships with our staff attorneys and support team. They have extensive contact with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in our legal cases. This position ensures that these tasks are fulfilled throughout every case. Skills Required

• 6+ years of Personal Injury Experience
• 5+ years supervisory experience
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Critical Thinking
• Ability to Work Independently
• Someone who is looking for a longer-term commitment with opportunities to grow

Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the Firm's 401(k) following satisfactory completion of three (3) consecutive months of employment with TorkLaw. The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in this position is $65,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Tork Law is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
