Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy Head of Legal.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and backup Head of Legal in managing day-to-day functioning
of the legal department
Independently manage complex and cross-functional legal projects
within business and regulatory deadlines
Actively participate in contract management through the entire
contract lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Law from an accredited institution
At least 10 years experience in a similar role in a corporate
setting
Strong knowledge of contract law and corporate governance
A genuine passion for design and continuous learning
