Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assembler where you will contribute to the production and packaging of high-quality products. You will utilize your skills to assemble, package, and ensure the quality of our premium products. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a reputable and established brand. Responsibilities Assemble various sizes of cases used to store expensive equipment like cameras. Add foam to cases as required. Work on the flashlight line assembling mid-size flashlights. Utilize hand tools and operate power tools such as small drills, hammers, and rivet machines. Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Count inventory and ensure accurate packaging. Lift and move items weighing between 7-35lbs. Train on and operate pallet jacks and automated shrink wrap machines. Essential Skills Experience in assembly and packaging. Ability to read technical drawings and work orders. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Mechanical assembly skills. Ability to lift up to 40lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prefer experience in manufacturing or distribution. Ability to work on different shifts with corresponding pay rates. Steel-toed boots required; safety glasses, gloves, and vests provided. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean environment focused on assembling various size heavy-duty cases for lighting accessories, cameras, and other equipment. You will be provided with safety glasses, gloves, and an orange vest while working with your own set of tools. Steel-toed boots are required for this role. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
