Follow assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate product assembly. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in assembly processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No prior assembly experience required; we will provide on-the-job training. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
