Safety Quality Coordinator – Chino, CA RedBuilt™ is a leading

we’re growing Summary: We are currently seeking a full-time Safety,
Quality Coordinator at our Chino facility. The Safety, Quality
Associate will provide leadership excellence to plant Associates in
achieving safety, quality and production goals. This individual is
responsible for safely planning, coordinating and maintaining the
Quality Management System (QMS) at the Chino plant. This position
will report to the Chino Plant Manager with dotted line
accountability to the Commercial Manufacturing Technical Director.

Responsibilities Quality Essential Functions Develop, maintain, and
ensure conformance to RedBuilt Manufacturing Standards. Develop and
facilitate quality training programs at the Chino plant. Identify,
report, and resolve safety, quality, and production issues. Report
product performance and process quality status to business
management regularly. Maintain relationships with outside vendors,
third-party certification agencies, and internal associates. Lead
the team by resolving technical issues, fostering a quality
culture, and ensuring adherence to all quality policies and
procedures. Safety Environmental Essential Functions Collect,
compile, and analyze safety data; facilitate safety meetings.
Respond to work-related incidents and lead investigations. Perform
safety audits and investigate near misses. Drive continuous
improvement in safety practices. Assist in developing the annual
safety plan. Maintain accurate records related to safety issues,
inspections, audits, and training. Ensure compliance with OSHA
regulatory requirements (including OSHA 300 log). Maintain and
update safe job instructions. Ensure compliance with safe handling
practices for chemicals and hazardous substances. Maintain accurate
records related to environmental issues, inspections, audits, and
training. Lead monthly environmental audits and follow up to ensure
corrective actions are completed. Requirements, Knowledge, Skills,
and Abilities (Minimum Qualifications): Experience in safety is a
plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Wood products
experience is a plus. Some form of industrial or safety experience
is required. Base knowledge of OSHA procedures, related standards,
and regulations is preferred. Intermediate MS Office (WORD, EXCEL.
POWER POINT, & ACCESS) skills preferred. Commitment to high Safety
standards. Must have strong organizational, analytical, and
problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills and ability to work effectively in a highly
interactive/energetic team environment. Willingness to jump in and
take on new assignments and be able to figure out where and who
your resources are when you need help. Strong self-management as
well as able to help operations keep on track. Ability to network
with other professionals and operations in related fields and
identify opportunities for improving RedBuilt. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills with strong business writing and
presentation ability. Must be willing to travel outside the region
to support other locations or for training, on occasion. Works well
with little supervision and manages their time well. A self-starter
with an innovative approach to improving plant safety practices and
programs. Either certified or willing to be certified as a
1st-Aid/CPR/AED instructor, forklift operator instructor, and
