Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies. .Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTSLicensure/Certification/ Registration:* Valid California RNlicense.* Current BCLScertification. * ACLS due within 30 daysof hire* National RNCertification preferred* PALS Preferred--Education:* Graduate from anaccredited school of nursing.Experience:* StaRNprogram is required for all new graduate RN position into the Critical Caredepartments.* StaRNPLUS program may be required if most recent ICU experience was less than oneyear and/or previous experience in a facility with a Trauma designation oflevel III - V.--Special Qualifications:* Computer literate* Competencies arereflected by valid California RN license and are validated duringpreceptor/orientation process We offer you an excellent total compensation package,including competitive salary, excellent benefit package and growthopportunities.
