Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a
temp to hire positions with our client located in Downtown
Riverside.
Pay $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
Will be responsible for processing AP invoices from beginning to
end Vendor management, check runs, expense reports Handle vendor
reconciliations, vendor research and handle discrepancies Set up
new vendors, W9, and maintain vendor files Assist with AR,
including deposits, cash posting and billing Credit card
reconciliations
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
3+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable Strong Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention
to detail and strong analytical skills
