This individual is responsible for the handling of customer
transactions at the teller line.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve customers by accurately and promptly performing
Maintain excellent customer service skills.
Generate customer interest in other products and services of the
bank through knowledge of the current customer banking
Help the team grow customer relationships by making sales
referrals when appropriate.
Effectively address customer service issues and/or concerns or
escalate to appropriate person.
Balance teller drawer on a daily basis.
Maintain customer confidence and protect the bank by adhering to
all rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
This position requires excellent communication, sales and
organizational skills. Cash handling, math and decision-making
skills are also required.
Prior teller experience preferred; or minimum 2+ years
experience working with people or customers and cash handling
Demonstrated skill in use of computers.
Ability to work a schedule that includes working on
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
