Registrar Compliance Analyst Job Number Full/Part Time Schedule Salary 23302910 Full Time 8AM - 5PM $61,600 - $91,400 Position Information As a member of the Office of the Registrar, the Registrar Compliance Analyst works in collaboration with office management, Financial Aid, Information Technology Solutions (ITS) and other core offices to ensure compliance with federal, state, university and campus regulations regarding enrollment and degree reporting to National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) and the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS), enrollment and grade processing for University of California's Cross Campus Enrollment for online instruction, Residency for Tuition Purposes, and other office special cases. The incumbent is responsible for analyzing these areas to maximize efficiencies and to assist with project management of key enhancements or projects. It is expected that this person has a wide breadth of office knowledge to coordinate complex processes and assist with training to ensure the integrity of the student academic record. The person also assists in the research and organization of Student Information System upgrades. The budgeted annual range for this position is $61,600 - $80,000. Please note that a presentation will be required as part of the selection process. Education Education Requirements Degree Requirement Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Required Experience Experience Requirement 6 - 10 years of related experience. Required Minimum Requirements Ability to apply advanced knowledge of policies to complex individual situations. Advanced ability to assess processes and implement improvements.Advanced knowledge of specialized registrar core functions (e.g., degree requirements, special enrollment, veterans' benefits, and residency).Advanced knowledge of policies, regulations, and practices with student records services.Advanced ability to demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic office with changing projects and priorities, leading others inadapting to change.
