SUMMARY: THIS ROLE PREDOMINATELY
INVOLVES OPERATION OF 5-AXIS CNC ROUTER & LASER
A Manufacturing Team Member
supports production by working on a variety of pieces of equipment
including; but, not limited to; hot forming press, Forklift,
Bandsaw, Plasma Cutter, Clean Line and 5-axis machines. This
position performs various processes to Superplastically formed
(SPF) metal component to include, but are not limited to; surface finishing, trimming,
assembly, correction, touch-up polish, touch-up paint and
inspection. Utilizing a variety
of inspection equipment including, but not limited to; height
gages, ball-micrometer, calipers, go/no go gauges, ultrasound,
countersink gages, calipers, micrometer and tong caliper verifying
work meets customer requirements.
- One (1) or more years experience in a
Manufacturing Environment, preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
required. This is an entry level
- Experience on the following machines
is preferred but not required, 5-Axis CNC Machining, Haas, Fagor
Controls, Forklift, and Plasma Cutter.
- Previous work experience and
education directly linked to the position may be
- Ability to read Blue Prints
preferred. Knowledge of inspection tools also
- Must be familiar with safety
requirements in the manufacturing
