Schedule includes weekends Saturday & Sunday, -3 evenings on weekdays and holidays.Location: - Remote in CaliforniaPrimary Responsibilities: -

• Initial behavioral health triage of members in a call center environment
• Analyze and investigate members' questions
• Provide explanations and interpretations of benefits/coverage, benefit authorizations, treatment plan processing and assistance in finding behavioral health services

    • Master's Degree in the Behavioral Health Field (Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services)
    • 6+ months of call center experience
    • 6+ months of prior experience in the Behavioral Health field with direct client contact
    • Must be open to work Monday - Sunday for an 8-hour shift early morning, afternoon, night shift, weekends & holidays
    • Intermediate to Expert in navigating Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
    • Must be a current resident of California
