Job Description:

We're seeing a forward thinking, highly organized, and effective candidate for a Junior Estimator/Project manager role. In a space where design and speed are key, you'll be joining our motivated and fun team in Riverside, CA. Key Result Areas --- Must possess knowledge of architectural products and systems and be excited to learn Autex products and systems --- Must be able to think independently and problem solve day-to-day sales and quoting problems. --- Must be able to critically think and problem solve to offer optimal solutions --- Must have ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings --- Adds customers and project information into CRM and maintains accuracy of all information in the CRM. --- Seek, identify, and develop new sales opportunities using software tools provided. Share identified leads with Account Managers, Regional Sales Mangers, and external business partners as appropriate. --- Project manage specified jobs from bidding stage through to installation. --- Liaise and support Autex appointed distributors and manufacturers reps Qualifications --- Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills --- Requires eye for detail, proof reading for accuracy, and maintaining quality expectations. --- Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills --- Authorized to work in the US --- Ability to effectively present information and answer questions in terms that are easily comprehended --- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment --- Comfortable with learning product information and solutions quickly --- Bachelor's degree preferred.
