Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to Operations Specialist position.Type: 40hrs/wk. - ContractStart Date: - Within the next 1 to 2 weeksLocation: - PAWTUCKET AVE RIVERSIDE, RIPay: $22.00/hrShift: - Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pmNote: - This is in-office, onsite. No other options available.Responsibilities for job include Operations Specialist but are not limited to: - -

• Support the Payee Operations Team which is part of the Corporate Accounts Payable organization.
• Focus on Operations support for payee set-ups and maintenance.
• Responsible for the day to day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for the business unit, including research.Qualifications for this Operations Specialist job:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems used to support the business (SAP, Ariba and Oracle) Understanding of Accounts Payable operations and processes is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate.
