Their 22 person, 21,000 sq ft operation boasts 17 different machines, coupled with a newly purchased cobot, and leds itsleft to a learning environment. In addition to emphasizing continuous learning on sophisticated machinery, there is the potential for possible employee equity (ownership) in the future of the organization. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to focus on a variety of sophisticated turning centers while further developing your machining skills on a myriad of other machines. There will also be leadership growth (potential to become the foreman) for the right candidate as some current employees have a tenure of 20-30 years. Working hours are on a 4/10 schedule (6 AM - 4:30 PM M-Th) with some overtime available (but not mandatory) on Fridays.
