SUMMARY: An eCommerce company in Riverside, CA is looking for an IT Generalist that is a service-oriented who performs at a professional level to support the day-to-day responsibilities of the IT Department. The IT Generalist responds to requests from internal users about technology issues and applies knowledge and expertise to resolve issues or respond to requests in a timely manner. This is a very "hands-on" position and we are looking for someone that is excited to help and help us resolve IT issues at our facility.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the IT representative for our Riverside Fulfillment Center warehouse coordinating work with other client entities.
• Provide tier one support for any information technology requests.
• Provide assistance by email, in-person, Slack messaging and ticketing system.
• Support workstations, laptops, printers and applications in a mixed office/warehouse environment
• Install, modify, reimage and repair computer hardware and software.
• Quickly and accurately triage issues to determine incident scope and impact.
• Walk employees through problem-solving process.
• Assist remote Systems Administrators.
• Rebuild Windows client laptops.
• Troubleshoot client network connectivity issues.
• Setup and maintenance of PDAs (handheld PC's)
• Install data lines, basic PC packing station setup setting up backing station.
• Label printer trouble shooting and part replacement (I.e., print heads, roller replacements)
• Assist with additional IT projects as required.Key 30, 60, 90 Day Accomplishments
  • Collect local inventory and update stockroom levels.
  • Perform local audit of all equipment deployed at location.
  • Work with Helpdesk Supervisor to establish acceptable turnaround times for various request types.Experience Education:
    • 1 - 3 years of help desk experience preferred; other related IT / Computer based experience a plus
    • Knowledge of Microsoft troubleshooting, Windows 10 and Microsoft O365 applications.
    • Good communication skills a MUSTPay Rate: $24/hr - $28/hr DOE40 Hour work week, this is not a remote role.Qualified candidates please send your resume
