Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Scheduling
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet daily assigned outbound quota
Contact and assign appropriate interpreters for each assignment
Maintain high level of customer service while answering calls,
emails, and processing requests
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrate superior performance as a Project
Coordinator-Inbound
Professional and positive phone manner with clients
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and ability to type 30
wpm
Ability to consistently meet quotas
Basic interest in foreign cultures (knowledge of foreign languages
helpful)
