Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Security to lead
cross-functional security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement company-wide security policies and best
practices
Oversee incident response planning, risk assessments, and threat
analysis
Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage security
budget and resources
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in information security, with 5 years in
senior leadership roles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience scaling a security program in a high-growth
environment
Deep knowledge of product, application, and cloud security
Exposure to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
