Job Description:
A company is looking for a SVP, Client Success to drive
technical implementation and client support for their software
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support and drive technical implementation of software, including
configuration, training, and test support
Facilitate client adoption of software post-production and manage
production usage, including issue triage and validation
Provide training for Client Admins, End-Users, and internal teams
while developing knowledge of software and industry processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, with
at least 2 years in a VP level role
12+ years of experience in the mortgage industry is highly
preferred
12+ years of software/implementation experience
Experience managing staff and multiple projects in a challenging
environment
