Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Success Outreach Coordinator
to support students in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume caseload of students and provide proactive
support through various communication channels
Execute detailed workflows to contact a large number of learners
daily to achieve enrollment and retention targets
Utilize CRM tools to monitor and report on learner progress,
identifying those needing additional support
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer
success, or learner engagement
Ability to provide high-quality support to a large volume of
learners
Experience in crafting outbound communications and optimizing
engagement efforts
Strong work ethic with a drive to meet and exceed target
outcomes
Experience with CRM tools like Planhat and Zendesk is a plus
