Job Description:
A company is looking for a BPO Customer Care Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders,
beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
Handle inquiries regarding payments, policy information, or claims
related to life insurance and annuity policies
Ensure customer satisfaction while managing a high volume of calls
(75 to 100 per day)
Required Qualifications
6 months of experience in an office environment
6 months of experience using Microsoft Windows PC applications
6 months of experience in a work-from-home environment
High school diploma or GED
Must pass a drug screen and background check
