referral bonus of $2,500 to any RN who refers an experienced
RN(defined as an RN with a minimum of one year acute care
experience) to a fulltime position. Thereferring RN and the
referred RN must be employed by the Hospitaltwelve (12) months from
the hire date of the referred RN.
Position Summary:Functions as a clinical expert in assigned
specialty service. Coordinates and assists members of the operative
team in performance of duties in the specialty service. Manages and
oversees instruments, equipment, and supplies of the specialty
service.Reports To: Director Radiology and Interventional
RadiologistSupervises: None Specialty Nurse-Radiology FT/Days
Rotating Weekends Radiology Unit Angio Qualifications Position
Requirements:Licensure/ Certification/ Registration:
- Current California RN license
- ACLS certification.Education:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- AA degree minimum.Experience:
- Two years experience in Radiology RN, Angio, OR, PACU or
- Special interest and ability in appropriate specialty
- Ability to trouble shoot specialty equipment.
- Working knowledge of all Angio specialties.
- Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology.
- Ability to assess the needs of patients from infancy to the
