ability to manually calculate income, have knowledge of FHA, VA,
CalHFA, conventional loans and is bilingual Spanish with
exceptional attention to detail is a MUST for this well-known
organization. Will be responsible for loan modifications, loan
documentation and handle 50 loans in pipeline for this Consumer
