Job Summary:The Warehouse Associate will participate in warehouse operations and activities including storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. Our goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Supervisory Responsibilities:None. Duties/Responsibilities:Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilizationComplete diary logs into inventoryReport any discrepanciesCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersOperate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipmentFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Required Skills/Abilities: Proven working experience as a Warehouse WorkerProficiency in inventory software, databases, and systemsFamiliarity with modern warehousing practices and methodsGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to lift heavy objectsCurrent forklift license Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
