We partner with them to staff for a broad range of positions and across various functionalities, such as: Accounting/Finance Information Technology Sales/ Customer Service Engineering Disciplines Manufacturing Administration Logistics Benefits offered by Kinetic Personnel Group: -Medical, Dental, Vision, Sick Pay, Longevity Pay, and Holiday Pay Essential functions: --- Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices --- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances --- Charges expenses to accounts by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries --- Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying federal id numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation --- Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos --- Process employee expense reimbursements --- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions --- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions --- Maintains historical records by filing documents --- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential --- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities --- Process lien releases --- Various other duties as assigned Qualifications: --- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction accounting --- Must type 40 WPM --- 10-key by touch --- Must have knowledge of construction lien releases --- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel --- Strong problem solving and analytical skills --- Resilient to coping with ever changing demands, able to prioritize duties and work under pressure --- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - articulate in diplomatic manner --- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks --- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as part of an effective team --- Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail --- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility --- Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externallyJob Requirements:

• Process accounts payable invoices for payment
• Enter invoices into accounts payable system
• Corresponding payable invoices for payment
• Performing duties to include processing accounts payable invoices
• Enter invoices into the accounts payable system
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable files
• Maintain all accounts payable reports and corporate accounts payable files
• Analyze vendor invoices to ensure invoices
• Enter assigned accounts payable invoices into the accounting system
• Maintain all accounts payable vendors
• Prepare accounts payable checks and mail
• Run weekly accounts payable process
• Research all accounts payable mail
• Distribute incoming accounts payable mail
• Perform basic accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
• Generate accounts payable edit batches
• Prepare monthly accounts payable aging reports
• Prepare and distribute accounts payable checks
• Generate all accounts payable checks for invoices and check requests
• Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
