This position will be located on site in Palmdale, CA. The selected candidate will work closely with the Property Management team to meet the goals and objectives of the AS Business Management organization.Essential Functions:Oversee, manage and analyze activities associated with Property/Asset Management business systems to ensure US Government, Customer and Company property located at Northrop Grumman and its suppliers are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellencePrimary Property Management point of contact for production, spares and repair contracts. Able to interact and effectively communicate with Government counterparts and upper managementExperience and knowledge of all aspects of the property life cycleConduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance to Contracts and Programs regarding Property life-cycle management and government property contractual requirementsPerform contractor self-assessment audits in accordance with Northrop Grumman processes and proceduresCoordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure processes are performed and documentation is maintained as required by NGAS Procedures and USG FAR regulationsAbility to compute, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposesThe selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, diverse assignments, with individual and team assignments across all levelsBasic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree with 10 years of Asset Management or Contract experience or a Masters Degree with 8 years of related experience or 15 years Asset Management experience in lieu of a degreeDiverse knowledge of Government Property related contractual requirements, including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS property management clausesProficient with Microsoft Office including Powerpoint and Excel formulas, charts and pivot tablesThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret ClearanceMust be willing to travel between the Melbourne and Palmdale sites as neededPreferred Qualifications:Currently holds an active secret clearance reviewed within the past 5 yearsNPMA Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) certificationStrong leadership experience with proven ability to train and motivate team members towards operational excellenceExperience in developing and implementing processes and procedures in accordance with leadership strategyRisk Management experience including development of RCCAs and implementation of corrective action plansProperty Management experience supporting manufacturing facilitiesExperience supporting and/or performing compliance audits including Property Management System Audits (PMSA)Experience with industry leading practices, techniques and standards as they pertain to property and asset managementWe offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment.
