Coordinator you will be responsible for ordering and maintaining
machinery, vehicle and building repair parts and materials. You
will also be working with our CMMS software (Maintenance
Connection) to maintain an accurate inventory of the parts in the
storeroom as well as creating work orders and Preventive
Maintenance schedules as needed. If career growth is important to

to do:.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of time)Work with the Maintenance
Team, Tool Room Team Leaders, Production Team Leaders and
Purchasing Department to purchase the items necessary to ensure
proper inventory levels, including additions, deletions, min/max
stocking levels and returns to vendors. Using your knowledge of the
various equipment and parts, provide assistance to the maintenance
crew in identifying, selecting and processing of needed parts for
their work order jobs. (30%)Checkout/Issue parts or supplies for
employees to use. Receive and inspect the incoming materials/parts
to make sure that the product is correct and not damaged. Identify
materials by labeling and numbering individual parts that are
received from vendors or customers. Organize the Parts areas by
entering received items from vendors into the Maintenance
Connection Inventory Database. Disbursing of parts, materials,
supplies, and tools through employee pickup and at times personal
delivery. Manually enter Work Orders into the CMMS system for
Maintenance Technicians to complete. Maintain accurate record
keeping and data input/output of inventory into Maintenance
Connection CMMS system. Maintain bin allocation for adding new
parts, removal of obsolete parts and changing of bin location as
required. Monitor inventory for slow moving, obsolete parts,
excessive build up, stock outs, or parts with no destination and
process accordingly. Weekly/Monthly review the reorder point (ROP),
reorder quantity (ROQ) and the potential obsolescence of a stock
inventory part. Perform good housekeeping practices with respect to
the parts areas and parts storage bins and shelves. (30%)Schedule
regular cycle counts and Inventory Control practices by physically
counting each item in inventory to ensure accuracy of stock.
(10%)Process work orders in their respective status codes for such
things as parts check, order fulfilling and parts kitting. Maintain
the status update daily and process work orders appropriately.
(10%)Create or modify existing Preventive Maintenance schedules and
Task Lists in the CMMS system. (10%)Assist with setting initial
stocking strategy for MRO material based upon current maintenance
