Kinetic Personnel Group Inc. is looking for a full-time production associate to join our team in our Corona, CA facility. We have 1st and 2nd shift openings.The Production Associate will work closely with the production team to perform various tasks within the production process. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions.Duties and Responsibilities:Work in a manufacturing environment that involves heavy lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive motions.Perform repetitive tasks such as but not limited to: assembly line work, packaging materials, and labeling.Work in a safe manner by following all safety rules and guidelines.Work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner.Work with minimal supervision while still being able to perform essential job functions.Assist in the assembly of products such as bags, boxes, and other smaller items.Assist in the inspection of finished goods for quality control.Assist with other duties as assigned.Skills Required and Physical Demands:Ability to work independently or as an active part of a team depending on the job assignment.Ability to handle physical workload that includes lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, and bending.Ability to use basic hand tools.Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and timely.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $19.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Corona, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
