Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities:

Triage and address all IT-related questions and issues
Build a knowledge base of IT best practices
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for employees

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of IT Help Desk experience
Experience supporting Mac, Linux, and Windows
Familiarity with Google Workspace administration
Knowledge of IT service delivery best practices (e.g., ITIL, ISO20K)
