Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher+CSR for overnight
shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Properly document changes to orders requested by facility and/or
ordering physician
Coordinate estimated time of arrival (ETA) with appropriate
technician and facility
Contact facilities for scheduling or re-scheduling needs and assist
with inbound customer service calls
Required Qualifications:
High School Graduate or GED
Proficient to expert use of Microsoft Office software
Ability to focus on tasks in a busy call center environment
Must have a private workspace free from external sounds and
distractions
Must have high-speed internet connection to support VoIP
communications
