Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst 3 to join their team
as a senior CRM Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit and document business requirements from diverse
stakeholders
Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories
and roadmaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
2 years' experience as a business analyst in a software development
environment preferred
Experience with CRM systems preferred
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and
Confluence
QMF and SQL experience preferred
