The Opportunity: The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for managing an assigned group of existing & new customers. The TSR will identify and develop new opportunities, as well as manage day to day transactions with assigned existing accounts across all channels and platforms. TSR--------s will generate demand and manage accounts through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and outbound emails. TSRs will be assigned accounts based on the account--------s annual potential, the TSRs will be assigned accounts with In this role you--------ll: ---- Introduce, promote develop and sell Ritchie Bros. platforms, services and programs to current and future customers through prospecting, cold calling and account maintenance activities ---- Encourage potential buyers and sellers to come out to our auctions, and/or participate in our online auctions ---- Assess your customers-------- needs and provide solutions based on our service offerings ---- Monitor the market and your competitors' services, prices, auctions and sales ---- Develop assigned territory by utilizing their Playbook and executing on your Core Activity & Behavior Script (CABS) ---- Maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM tool (Salesforce) ---- Achieve quarterly and annual production and performance targets ---- Support existing relationships with customers to continue the sales growth by ensuring proper execution of sale through coordination with "Win Team" to fully service accounts, including sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketing ---- Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers. Here--------s what you bring: ---- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in quota-driven sales ---- Related Industry experience and knowledge is nice to have ---- Experience with Salesforce CRM is beneficial ---- Sales experience (inside and/or outside sales) in quota-driven sales (Industry experience/knowledge preferred). ---- Bachelor--------s Degree preferred. ---- Knowledge and experience with CRM preferably Salesforce.
