Job Description:

Our company has an immediate opening for an Entry Level Sales Manager for our office located in the Inland Empire area.The position entails being the primary client-facing customer service for our residential outreach initiatives. Success in this position requires that the Entry Level Sales Manager is able to work independently with little to no supervision to provide immediate availability, be professional, and provide documentation within our systems.Training is provided for the Entry Level Sales Manager position. Our most accomplished professionals will teach you what directly leads to their success and systematically create a game plan for you future within our organization. -Entry Level Sales Manager Requirements:

Outstanding reliability and follow-through and requires excellent communication skills including telephone and active listening skills.Efficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.The ability to type and talk at the same time, delegate effectively, and have excellent organizational skills.The ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual who can work well with little to no supervision and is a reliable, knowledgeable, resourceful, flexible, service-oriented professional.Entry Level Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product to increase sales.Plan and run presentations with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness.Work with management to coordinate schedules for all promotional events.Communicate through sales reports on results and opportunities.Implement marketing strategies and sales techniques.Entry Level Sales Manager Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; College degree or equivalent experience preferred.Multi-task and prioritize required.Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at a time.Excellent oral and written communications skills, particularly in a phone or email context.Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge. -Powered by JazzHR
