Lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in PNC's Business Banking organization.

Job Overview
PNC's Business Banking organization is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to lead a team of sales professionals in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate risk, while leading the team on credit requests and providing support and coaching to team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
  
• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management activities.
  
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
  
• Manage effective network of senior internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
  
• Develop team members while monitoring progress against individual goals.
  
• As defined with the business, coach team members on skills needed to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk and to lead others on credit requests by utilizing advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
  
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • University/college degree required, higher level education desirable.
    
  • 8+ years of industry experience, at least 5 years of prior management experience required.
    
  • Account management, client prospecting, competitive advantages, customer needs, customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, influencing others, negotiation, results-oriented, conflict management, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, sales management, selling.
