Job Overview As an Insurance Sales Producer with Farmers Insurance Group, you’ll play a vital role in driving new business growth while helping clients protect what matters most. Responsibilities - Drive and grow new business revenue through prospecting, networking, and referrals. - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients. - Contact potential clients via cold calls, email, and direct mail to assess insurance needs. - Explain insurance policy options clearly so clients can make informed purchasing decisions. - Assist clients with policy applications, underwriting approvals, and renewals. - Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim processes and status updates. - Deliver policy proceeds after claims are approved. - Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, business development, or marketing preferred. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. - Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a reward-driven environment. - Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred, but not required — we’ll assist the right candidate in obtaining their license. - Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
